Rules and Manners in the Library

We have a few manners and expectations in the library to make your library time go as smoothly as possible. The Smith Valley School Library is available to students and classes for study, research, and recreational reading.  Reference materials are available for in-school use only.  The student is financially responsible for items checked out both from the school library and the public system.  

1. There is no food or drink in the Library

2. Be respectful, safe, and responsible

3. Be safe and kind to the books, the space, and each other.

4. Kindergarten-5th Grade may check out One (1) Book a week.

5. 6th Grade-8th may check out Two (2) Books a week.
